At A Better Life Community Services LLC, operating under the brand name BetterShoes, our goal is to make every shopping experience seamless and satisfying. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary — and we’re here to help make that process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The item is returned with original packaging and tags intact
You provide proof of purchase or your order number
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
Contact Us
Email contact@bettershoes.info within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Receive Return Authorization
We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions.
Ship the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost is 10% of the item price unless the item is defective/damaged.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your item, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Must include all packaging, tags, accessories
- Shoe returns must include the original box in good condition — damaged boxes may result in a 10% fee deduction from your refund
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for 10% of return shipping costs for non-defective returns
For damaged or defective items, return shipping is covered by us
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items in new, unused, and original condition.
Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund.
Return shipping applies, unless the item was defective/damaged.
8. Reason for Return
We kindly ask you to include a reason for return or exchange. Your feedback helps us improve our service and product quality.
9. Changing Your Shipping Address
To change your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@bettershoes.info
Once the order is processed or shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
To cancel, email contact@bettershoes.info with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
11. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 2–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
Refunds exclude shipping fees
In some cases, partial refunds or store credit may be issued based on item condition
12. Cost of Returning Defective Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, we will:
Cover 100% of return shipping
Issue a full refund or send a replacement, per your preference
