We understand that timely delivery and the condition of your order are essential, and this policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time, CT).
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process and prepare your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Should any delay arise during processing, we will contact you promptly via email with an update.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is processed, shipping generally takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. All deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS — trusted carriers committed to safe, timely delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping on orders over $199
Standard Shipping Fee of $7.99 for orders under $199
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout and apply only to deliveries within the United States.
4. Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories at this time. We aim to expand our shipping regions in the future.
5. Shipping Restrictions
In some cases, we may be unable to ship to your location due to:
Undeliverable addresses
Carrier limitations
Product-specific restrictions
If your order cannot be shipped, you’ll be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
6. Taxes & Handling Fees
Sales Tax: A 5% sales tax applies to all orders, based on delivery location.
Handling Fees: We do not charge any additional handling fees — all costs are included in the standard shipping rate.
7. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly with FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
If you don’t receive tracking info within a few days, please contact us at contact@bettershoes.info and we’ll assist you promptly.
8. Delivery Issues
If you encounter delivery issues, such as delays, incorrect shipments, or missing items, please notify us as soon as possible.
Common Issues:
Delayed Delivery: May occur due to weather, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen events. While we don’t control carrier delays, we will help you monitor your order.
Missing or Lost Items: Report missing items within 7 business days, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

Include your order number, photos of damaged products, and a brief description.
We’ll review the case and offer either a replacement or refund. Return shipping for damaged items is covered by us.
Note: Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
10. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unused, unworn items in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after returned items are received.
Return shipping incurs a 10% fee, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
11. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer covers 10% of return shipping for non-defective items.
For damaged or defective items, we cover the full return shipping cost.
